1. Check-in & Check-Out

Check-in is possible from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be done by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Any requests for early check-in or late check-out must be communicated at the time of booking.
Such requests will be accepted based on availability and may be subject to additional charges.

2. Cancellation Conditions

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will result in a charge of one night.
Reservations are non-refundable for early departures or late arrivals.

3. Damage and Failure to Comply with the Rules

You are required to comply with the rules of the holiday home, including the occupancy limits specified in the booking.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
Any damage must be reported immediately to the property staff.
Guests will be charged for any damage caused during their stay.
Failure to comply with the rules of the holiday home may result in immediate eviction without refund.
We welcome your pets. Their presence must be communicated at the time of booking, specifying their breed and size. Owners are responsible for the behavior of their animals and are required to compensate for any damage caused to the property or to third parties. We expect animals to be well-behaved and not to cause disturbance.

4. House Rules

Smoking is prohibited inside the holiday homes.
Please respect the peace and quiet and the rights of the neighbours.
It is forbidden to organise parties or events without the prior consent of the management.
Please keep the house clean during your stay and dispose of waste correctly.

5. Security and Responsibility

The management assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or thefts that may occur during your stay.
It is strongly recommended that you purchase adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.

Ca do Maina and Luxury House are located in the central areas of Chiavari. It is possible to find paid parking nearby, as well as free parking areas.

"A truly unique apartment, totally in a nautical style, it feels like staying on a boat in the middle of the sea.

Flat screen TVs in every room, free wifi, air conditioning, very close to the beach (just cross the road) and to the city center (just go in the opposite direction and walk a short distance)! I recommend it."

"The location is in a nice town close to the sea and options for aperitivo and restaurants, very close to Cinque Terre. Mrs. Eliana was very patient to wait for our arrival time and very kind to explain how everything is arranged in the accommodation. Her place is really beautiful decorated and clean. The beds are comfortable and it has two bathrooms which is really helpful if you travel in four. Also she was very kind to extend our check out time. I will definitely recommend it and I would stay there again."

"I didn't think there were apartments of such a high level in the heart of Chiavari! Large spaces, furnished with attention to the smallest details, flat screen televisions in every room (there is a huge television in the living room). Air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Taking a walk around the area there are shops, bars and pharmacies, and a short distance away the caruggio dritto. My stay was short but I absolutely recommend it!"
